Dan and Betty's PlaceTime to Persevere
I’ll admit I have been down recently about COVID and its effect on me and Betty, but also the direction our country is going which concerns me greatly. I know as an individual I can’t affect the country I love very much, but I can pray. I will pray to confess my own sins and repent for them as well as praying for the repentance of my country for its sins.
But, I know I have a choice. I can persevere in what I know to be true or I can be bitter about those things beyond my control.
God is still sovereign and he will judge all sin some day. I choose to persevere and put my faith in Jesus Christ.

Wow! Joyce Meyer and who else? I love her preaching most of the time. Yes, all of us must persevere in the things of our Father regardless of the chaos and grief around us. Even so, Lord, come quickly.

Endure we must. I look to each day with hopefulness..I have to constantly confess that He is in control.
