Our Corrales

I ran across this short video about our little Village of Corrales. It’s a good overview of why we enjoy living here, even after almost 22 years.

Everything he says is true with one exception. He shows and talks about Ristras, the red Chiles hung together, as decorations. That’s true for many, but locals, Hispanics and Indian families, hang them to dry. Once dried they are ground up to make a red sauce which is delicious.
