Ex Novo Evening

Our little village, Corrales, New Mexico, has a beer brewing company called Ex Novo which means “From scratch” in Latin. The brewing facility is kind of plain and factory-like, but the owner, a Corrales native, built a family-friendly open area. It has trees, a large grass area for kids to play, plenty of tables and chairs.

Our Ohio friends, Molly and Bob, came to visit so we went there Thursday night. Our New Mexico evenings with low humidity are very pleasant. Bob and I had one of their beers and Molly and Betty had cocktails. They have a food truck to satisfy any need for munchies.

We had a very nice time together.
