Blossoms of Spring

It’s still a little cool, but one of the signs of our Spring is when our early bushes bloom. I’ve photographed these in previous years, but they always give us a thrill when we first see them.

The first is a Flowering Almond bush.

The real showstopper this Spring is the Lilac. This is the best year of blooms we’ve had in the almost 22 years we’ve lived here. And, the fragrance is really nice.

Before long our cactus will start blooming.
