When The Curved Bill Sings

We have several birds whose songs we hear. The Finches have their small bird chirps. The Doves have their soft melodies that slightly resemble an Owl. The Quail have their particular call more than a song. However, the bird that truly sings as well as chirps is the Curve Billed Thrasher. An appropriate name, don’t you think.

I filmed this little guy singing his heart out early in the morning when the sun was coming up while I was out with Jessie.

  1. I did not know that. Larry and I watch our birds as well. We don’t have a Curved Bill Thrasher, but we have a Brown Thrasher that has the most beautiful song. Now I’ll be watching to see if he chirps too.
    Isn’t God amazing?
