Pizza, Pizza

Betty is one of the world’s greatest cooks. Several years ago she came up with the idea of fixing homemade pizzas using tortillas as the base and with green chiles to give them a New Mexico kick. She fixed some pizzas this past Saturday.

For her pizza, she fixed it in a traditional way with the pepperoni, bacon bits, green chiles and onions on the tortilla under the mozzarella cheese.

Since I’m a meat, onion lover, she fixes mine upside down. The mozzarella cheese is on top of the tortilla with the green chiles, bacon bits, pepperoni, and lots of onions on top. Yum!

Since her cooking is a gift to me, my gift to her is to wash the dishes.
